1. Reserve your unit

First, you need to choose what size storage space you need. We can help you with this decision by recommending a size based on what you want to store. Once this is decided, we advise that you reserve your storage unit, which starts at just £5. You can do this by;

This risk-free reservation fee is deducted from your storage cost, and it’s fully refundable if you need to cancel your reservation before you’re due to move in. If you find that your storage unit is bigger or smaller than you need, you can change size any time, as often as you like – we’ll just adjust your monthly rates accordingly.

2. Pack your items

We sell a range of durable cardboard and plastic boxes and packaging materials online and in store. Using the right sized box for your needs will make packing up much easier, plus it allows you to easily stack your items when moving into your unit.

Our team will be happy to recommend local removal companies, man-with-a-van services or van hire. As a Twenty4 Secure Storage customer, you may even be able to take advantage of special offers and discounts, too, which you can find here.

3. Check in

You’ll need to arrive with two forms of ID to sign your storage agreement in store, which can be the following;

• Passport
• Driving Licence
• Proof of address such as a utility bill

To save time you can check in online so we can get everything ready for when you arrive. Once you’ve signed your agreement, you can start using your storage room straight away.

4. Move in

Now that you have your storage unit, all you need to do is pack it with your belongings. When you arrive, there will be spaces available for you to park: you can even drive right up to your unit to make the process easier and quicker for you.

Whilst you’re on-site, you are welcome to take advantage of the storage facilities and complimentary refreshments that are available. Once you’ve moved your items into storage and securely locked your unit, you can walk away knowing that your items are safe and secure. Then, you’re welcome to come back onto site any time that is suited to you. We’ll be here 24/7 for any help you need.
